Installing the Captain's Stand

Before the project:

   Make sure you are familiar with everything that is attached to your existing captain's stand (console).  Draw a quick sketch of the placement of everything on the original or even better take a Polaroid picture.  Check the condition of switches,  do they work?  If they do not start a list of what will need to be replaced.  Check the cable for the steering system, if there are cracks in the plastic of the cable you should use this opportunity to replace the system.

Make sure you have a source for your supplies before you begin.  We should come in very helpful with your supplies.
