    Made of pressure treated, marine grade plywood or saltwater resistant polyethylene frames.

    Covered with marine grade vinyl, 29oz., of premium quality, that is weather proof and mildew resistant.  With virgin, mildew resistant polyurethane foam under structure, covered with a protective plastic film.

    Aluminum hinges with stainless steel pins and external fasteners, that will not rust like zinc or nickel plated fasteners.

    Bonded polyester thread that is ultraviolet resistant, will not disintegrate like nylon.

Signature backs their quality products with the following - Limited Warranties.

Limited Warranties:

Lifetime Warranty on frame work of seat, no matter if it is made of treated plywood or of polyethylene.

Carpet - One year on manufacturer defects from date of purchase.

Vinyl - Three year warranty on mildew resistance, fading, cracking, etc., provided proper care was maintained according to manufacturer care label.

Other - One year on other defective part, including workmanship and construction of the seat.
